NGK platinum spark plugs

here in some post i read that these platinum spark plugs improve ur car's acceleration as well as improve its fuel consumption.... is it true??

i've got 2000 exi 29k done, running on petrol. it gives 10-11km per litre, i just want to enhance its fuel efficiency so wat shud i do?? shall i go for these plugs... my car is maintained by honda drive in, n is currently installed with honda genuine spark plugs...

plz brothers help me in this reagrad that how can i improve its fuel efficiency more as i know, its good for 1.5L car with a/c here in karachi's busy traffic...

its on petrol?keep the air cleaner, clean as much as possible.plugs will make negligible difference in fuel average if not busted

should be change after every 20k kms
