NOC Issued for Vehicle Due to Recoverable Withholding Tax

Today, I purchased a used 2016 Wagon R. The previous owner had outstanding vehicle token tax, which they paid me before the sale. However, when attempting to generate a PSID, I encountered the following error: vehicle has issued noc due to default withholding tax is recoverable.

You should go to the excise office to resolve this issue. There may be some outstanding payments that need to be settled for this car.
