Noise in diggi

i have cultus 2007efi cng. when driving specially at high speed a noise start coming . the source seems in diggi. i have checked the cylinder but it is secured and not seemed loose. i have driven car without spare wheel in diggi but noise exist. the noise appears to be of some loose part. if car is driven in slow speed no such noise but when it is acelerated it comes on. the engine is fine.

Get the exhaust assembly checked another possible source could be trunk lid hinges and at last get the boot inner sides and rear trims get tighten.Hopefully it'll work.
