OBD II SCANNERS

Hello guys any ideas regarding OBDII scanners? cause i plan to buy one, are they available in Pakistan? Any idea about Actron, Equus or Elm 327 or Elm 5 or Ease Diagnostics PC scan tools? If anyone has some idea, they are very much welcome as i am really confused. Please guide if you guys can. Thanks

i think now u only need to buy the cable and the computer / laptop software and ure done u dont need to buy the whole thing, goolge it a bit there avalible online
