Oil and filter for Belta

Hi friends
I have a Toyota Belta 1.0 2006. I need some information about my car. Please tell me what is the best oil for my car? Also tell after how many Kms should I change the engine oil and filter of my car? Please any one also recommends and suggest me the best place in Lahore where I can go for maintenance? Thanks all.

hange oil filter element after 10,000 km and use original oil filter element ,
