Oil in Air Filter Chamber :-S

Hi Guys

TOday i was changing my car's oil filter and i noticed that there is some Oil and some sludge type of material gathered up in the air filter chamber :-S

im confused whats oil doing in my air filter chamber ??
the car runs fine, starts fine and everything,
tuning was done around 4000 Km ago
Oil Being Used is Caltex Havoline 10W30

Im attaching a picture of the Airfilter box , Car is Alto 2007

Don't know about your car design, but happens to me as there is one pipe (in built metal) made on the upper cover of air filter box, which after tightening closes it's head in pipe from engine, usually it's on that side.

There is PCV valve that has some air/cng releasing back to air filter box and comes with oil too.

any further explanation...
