Opinion needed on Accord 84, automatic

I would be grateful if any of teh techies out here give me there opinion on the following car that i am planning to buy:

Honda Accord, Automatic, 1984 model, original paint, engine needs overhauling, no CNG

The seller is a very close friend of mine and i think he will give it to me for about Rs.1,15,000

Expensive repairs,expensive spare parts.Expensive to run.Even on gas,it would give u 2 rupees/km.CNG works on all petrol engines.auto manual,a V8 or small 600cc one
