Outside fumes entering a/c

i have a honda city 2002 and fumes from outside seem to get into the interior through the a/c even though its on recirculation and the windows r closed. What could be the problem?

Yar, check behind the A/C blower where the gas pipes come inside the cabin, usually when we get the A/C serviced the techicians don't reseal the cabin completely. I would suggest using Silicon to seal it. I hope it helps.
