Pioneer 2950 and kenwood 6930

Hey guys i just searched the market today and got these prices :

pioneer 2950 pre for 5800/-
and kenwood 6930 speakers for 3000/-
are these prices good or need further cut down..... and is the combination alrite?? or can be further improved within the provided budget??
