Platz token charges and procedure information

I own a Toyota Platz which is registered in Karachi. I have also paid the token already. Please anyone can give me the information about the token charges and the process to pay the token charges? It is bear to mention here that I have to pay the token charges in Peshawar. Kindly tell me that will I have to pay a fine because I am late paying the charges of my car. I have come to know that if the car is registered in another city then the token charges must be paid in that city otherwise the token charges are not accepted in the city other than the car is registered in. Also tell can I pay lifetime token charges for my car which is registered in Karachi, if it is possible then what are the charges for token? Please guide me in this regard. I am waiting. Thanks.
