bro the cng burning temprature is higher then that of petrol and in order to burn the cng the gas engine is advanced to an extent where the gas burning is possible
on the other hand petrol burning temp is lower then that of gas so when the engine is advanced it burns more fuel quickly which gives poor milage on petrol because the petrol burning fast that is why the average on petrol on cng tuned engine is less then a normal engine tunned/running sololy on petrol .
