Please Help me regarding tires and rims!!!

Hello, I have 2008 IDSI Honda City Manual. Currently my car is doing 10km per liter, which i think is too high petrol consumption for Idsi. I think it might be because of the tires and rims. I am having 195/60/R15 AVS ES100 yokohama rotational tires. Please guide me which tires and rims will give me best economy. And also tell me after installing that rims and tires what will be the fuel consumption per liter? I also heard that the tire 165/80/R13 and 185/70/R13 are almost same.. Is that so? The original which comes are 165/80/R13 . In manual 3 types are mentioned.

1. 165/80/R13
2. 175/65/R14
3. 185/55/R15

Please guide me what would be the best for my car's fuel performance, ride (comfort-ability) and grip.

I am waiting for the replies of experienced persons. Please don't disappoint me.

for best fuel economy 165/80/r13

fuel economy also has to with the way you drive.

i dont think putting a small tire will make your car do 12 or 13 km/L..

by putting wider tires difference in fuel economy at most is effected by 500 to 700 meters per litre thats it...

u need to change the way u drive i think..
