Please Tell The Price Of These 14" Rims & Tyres

well gyz my charade came with original 13inch rims ,
today i went to rim&tire shop, there shopkeeper showed me this rim set and tyres ,, it is in used condition ,, he is asking 19k for tires n rims ... is this price correct..

or what should b the price of this set ,,

condition of tires is good ..

14inch rims + tires=19000
he is chatin u sorry coz i bought 17"rims advaniti rims made@japan n japnese potenza tyre used abt 2 months in 22000 frm karachi 14inch rims with tyres are abt 12000 anyways if u post the pictures ov rims that whoul b helpful 2 suggest u bye n tc
