HI GUYS.HOPE EVERY1 IS FINE


WELL I NEED HELP FOR FOL ISSUE


I HAV 97 CIVIC.IT HAS TWO MAIN PROBLEMS ON CNG.


1st-AFTER RUNING 30-40KM IT STARTS DROPING RPM WHEN EVER IT IS HALTED ON SIGNAL OR FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE


2ND-AS SOON AS IT FACES THE RPM PROBLEM ITS CNG ADJUSTMENT GETS DISTURBED.WHENEVER I GET ITS ADJUSTMET AND RPM CORRECT FROM MECHANIC ITS RUNS LIKE A HORSE BUT AGAIN AFTER 30-40KM IT MEETS THE SAME PROBLEM.I HAVE GOT ITS COMLETE TUNING AND TAPETS HAV ALSO BEEN CHECKED.EVERY THING IS FINE ON PETROL.IM REALY GETING SICK OF THIS.PLZ FORWARD YOUR EXPERT PINIONS WITH A REFRENCE OF A GOOD CNG MECHANIC IN LAHORE.

Used to have same problem with my Nissan some 7-8 years back at the end the issue was of air-intake, there is ventury system and the other is a mold fitted on top of carburator for CNG intake but in some cases the mold starts taking in air .....

OR

There is something which gets loose after a while and takes in air or disturbs your CNG intake

Try draining oil from CNG kit as well ... go to a CNG mechanic and get it done .. takes 5 mins.

IF still the problem persists you need to get a complete kit servicing ... takes about an hour and would cost around 300 and includes removal of oil from cylinder and complete kit dismantling and cleaning (Although the manufacturer of kit strongly discourage it
