Price of LandiRenzo Coil (Carbi)

Price of LandiRenzo Coil (Carbi)

I installed new Landirenzo kit in my new Mehran. The fuse near regulator was of 7.5 Volts. Few days back the fuse got fused and I installed another of 7.5 Volts, it also got fused after few days. I then installed 25 Volts fuse. After three days I started hearing sparking like sound from petrol/cng converter switch when I turned on the car and the car could not start. I pull the petrol/cng converter switch and shaked the car got started. Today I went to cng mechanic and he informed me that coil, the one attached with the regulator has burnt (the coil was really burnt). He replaced it with another one and replaced the fuse to 7.5 Volts. I want to know that:

1. Mechanic installed new coil and charged 1500/-. Is it of the same price or he over priced me?
2. I asked him for the warranty, he said that parts has no warranty, only service warranty is provided. Is it really correct that there is no such warranty?
3. What caused my coil to burn, the fuse of 25 Volts? or something else. Please note that the coil is of 12 volts and it was running with 25 Volts fuse.
4. What could be the reason of fuse to fuse twice?

Looking for expert response please.
