Prius 2011 1.5 Problem Need Help

Salam to all,
I bought the used Prius 2011 model 1.5. This car has run about 98,000 kms. This car has the red triangle with exclamation, which was popped up, when I drive the car and then AC throws the hot hair. I stopped the car alongside the road and switched off my car but the exclamation mark was still there. The AC threw the fine air for next 20 minutes and after that it started blowing hot air.
I visited the Toyota motors to get know the problem and they asked me that they will charge 15k for the diagnosis of the issue. I think that there may be issue of inter coolant, whether it may not work properly.
I need any suggestion. Please help me with your serious advice.
