PROBLEM FROM PETROL TO CNG

I HAV 2002 SUZUKI ALTO 1000CC,WHEN I SWITCH FRM PATROL TO CNG, IT'S CREATE A PROBLEM AFTER RUNNING 40KM, PROBLEM THE ENGINE OFF'S, AND THERE MAY BE NO CND AND NO MORE START, AFTER 2-3 MINS ITS THEN BEGUN STARTED, EVERY TIME IT'S CREATE THE PROBLEM WHENEVER I SWITCH FROM PATROL TO CNG, KINDLY GIVE ME SOLUTION 4 THIS.......!

It is hard to give you solution here. You did not mention that if CNG is a FF or after market installed. Secondly, it is hard to understand that how could a car that is going smoothly uptil 39km, suddenly the engine stops as soon as it crosses 40km run. Or you mean to say when you accelerate over 40km, the engine stops?

Go to some reliable mechanic shop for your CNG kit installation checkup and tuning. If you are in Karachi, there are many good shops. One of them is at star gate, Shara-e-Faisal by the name of CNG2000. Also there is one shop in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 4 by the name RZ autos and plenty of others. Have you car checked by them. The problem you are facing might be the result of mis-tuning or it might be your kit installation. Better check with experts.
