Problem in startup?

Hi,

Yesterday in morning i tried to start my cultus VXR on Petrol.
and it was giving strange sound of ghee ghee ghee, ( battery was not issue ) it was like engine me kuch phassa hoa hooo.
after 4,5 tries, i called mechanic, but when he started it started fine, as per him there might be someissue in "CRANKING BEGUN" I dont know what does that mean, he says it might be your engine was stuck and about to Sieze but it worked after many tries, so he asked me to come to his workshop to get above stated issue checked out.

Today it happened again, but on 3rd try car got started, any idea what is going on? Oil level is also good. on running Car is fine.
