Problem on cng in city idsi

Well I have recently bought a manual 2005 Honda City .... the problem is very slow and dies on CNG when I release the clutch .... but if the number of revolutions per minute gains ... the truck looks pretty decent. . The car has just clocked 58k on the odo n was previously maintained at my mechanic ..... I went to my mechanic CNG nd he messed with settings, but the problem is still there ....

I think the device emulator Advancer is the culprit .... becoz the previous owner had taken from the CNG kit from his Corolla gli n installed in the city .....
Do both cars have the same advancer and emulator or those diffrerent ?????....
It is a green colored Tomasetto Lovato unit.Guys im waiing for ur expert opinions

first try to fiddle with the gas flow. if thats not making difference in the pick then proceed towards the advancr emulatr
the two in one emulator advancer works fine in IDSI
but there might be a problem with the wiring or maybe the advancer part of it aint working
