Problem with civic's front suspension

i have a problem with my civic's front suspension.
Whenever it is driven on small stones, it makes "tak tak" sound which is also felt on the steering.
Is it ball-joint or some other broken bush causing it?

It does not happen when the car is fully loaded.

well ,if this Tak Tak sound comes while turning also,it is due to the part called "Goda" by our desi mechanics.in dat case u have 2 replace it.
