Problem with Cng switch

Salam to all,one of my friend got problem in his mehran 2006.Car is taking long self on cng and then had to pull the choke for a minute.changed the plugs/coil/battery. Tunned the engine,Tappet adjust but still result same.Some one advise us to install a Relay in cng kit in the soleniod ,,but still no use after installing the relay.

Have chkd the cng wwitch and found the burning marks in the switch an any one advise me what is the problem,even i changed the switch but still result is same.do i need to adjust tappet again or change the solenoid of cng.

one thing more even if i starts the car after 2 or 3 hour in the morning or afternoon car behaves same like she did in the morning,Long self and need choking
