Problem with Daihatsu Coure

i have a Daihatsu Coure Model 2006.
few days back i find something wrong with my car.
when the engine is running and car is neutral a noise comes from car when i depress the clutch. when i press the clutch the noise ends.
i go to a technician , he told me that there is a problem with the gear.
then i goto an authorized Toyota workshop. the forman told me that this is normal and all the coures have this sound
