Problem with Honda Civic 2017 Seat Adjuster

I own a Honda Civic 2017 Seat Adjuster about a week ago, I was coming from the office and I noticed that the driver seat of the car is loose.

It is in a free state and not adjustable at all. If anyone knows any solution to this please let me know.

You can check the car Manual, if you have one, there will be a solution for it. Plus fixing the seat adjuster yourself will get messy
I will suggest you go to a professional who can fix this. Because you might make a more mess if you try to fix it yourself.
