Problem with my baleno

hi friends,
i have a suzuki baleno 2003 model (1300cc), i am suffering a problem of bit of jerks with my car, when i drive it in small gears like 1 or second gear. As i tries to accelerate it from 0 velocity to upper my car rise up with jerks and no smoothness is found in its take off snd as soon as it attains some speed like 30 to 40 kms it becomes smooth like normal ones, but that take of problem causes me lot of tension while driving in heavy traffic areas. i have changed its coils and advancer also but the problem sustain there. do any one of you knows the remidy, please help me out to solve the problem. iam from sargdha and didnt find any proper mechenic including suzuki falcon motors here in sargodha. is there anybody who could tell me what to do.
