Problem with my cultus

I am facing a problem with my cultus

jab bhi main 1st gear mei gari ko chalana start kerta hun. I mean jab zada race dey ker clutch chorta hun to gari ko skid kernay k sath sath thoray jhatkay bhi marti hai. Seems like not staying on the ground. pata nahi allignment ka masla hai ya kuch aur. looks bad from outside

Engine to apni jaga say nahein uthta kya, bcz agr foundations tooti v ho ya naram par gaai ho to yay masla ata hai.
