Problem with my horn.. need help

I have problem with my horn.. i have corolla X some times horn switch to single and some times both horn works and some times got dead.. i have checked clips of horns.. i also checked other horn didnt worked for me.. help me out..

One thing i can think of is that the contacts of the horn at the steering aren't working properly, but i think that is what you meant by the clips...

I don't have anyother idea..
