Problem with my platz

I own Toyota Platz. It is in the CNG. My car has a problem in the CNG as its pickup was very low and on petrol the pickup of the car fine. I filled the petrol in the tank of my car from PSO. I was driving the car on CNG and a signal came and I have to stop the car at the signal. When the signal turned to green from red I tried to go but my car pickup was not working on CNG and car was not moving so I converted to petrol and the engine of the car turned off. Then I tried to start the engine again on petrol but it could not started successfully and started vibrating a lot. The brakes of the car also became to much hard.
I am facing the same issue till now. The engine starts vibrating in the idle state sometimes and if I slow down the car while driving, the engine sometimes turns off. I have done the CNG setting and now the pickup on the CNG is good but if I slow down the car, the engine again gets off. Same is the case when I try to drive the car on the petrol. I can hear that the speed of the engine is decreasing at the idle state. Kindly help me to fix this issue of m car. What could be the issue actual? How can I fix it? kindly help me.
