Problem with my platz

I have toyota platz (A/T) with CNG. I was having pickup problem on CNG but on petrol it was doing fine. A few days back I filled petrol from PSO. My car was running on CNG and I had to stop at signal, when the signal went On I tried to move but as my car was having pickup problem on CNG it didn't move ahead so I converted it to petrol and the engine went OFF that time. I started engine again on petrol but now the engine was vibrating a lot and brakes went quite hard.
Till now the situation is same, the engine vibrates at idle and sometimes shuts off at low speeds.
After CNG setting the pickup on CNG is fine but again sometimes engine shuts off at low speeds. But on petrol the problem is same, at idle condition I can hear engine speed going up and down.
Please help me about this? what could be the problem and what to do for that?
