Problems wid ma new ride

heyy guyz
i got the delivery of my new city yesterday.....n got new rims in them.......195/60 R15........thatz wat the guy told me goes in the city.........but wen i go on bumps it makes a wierd noise.....it even made it wen it had 13 inch wheels......any idea wat mite be wrong wid....i am sure itz not the tires as it made the same sound on the original wheels..any idea??

the guy told u wrong
cuz that size goes on new civic
ur tire size should have been 195/60/R14 not r15
