Quick advice required - CIVIC 2005 timing belt and disc brak

hope you guys are fine!

just need some valuable suggestions for civic 2005 model.
a. How can i be sure that i need to change my timing belt / bearing. I changed them some 25,000 kms ago (not genuine). Is there any way to know when to change them, and wat will be approx price?
b. Which disc brakes i shud go for ..i mean the brand which is better out of available ones and approx price for all wheels ..can't offord genuine cuz i think they are too expensive.
c. Lastly.. any good spare parts shop for timing belt/ bearing and disc brakes in rawalpindi?

hoping to get uselful guidance for PW!

bro I've just changed the timing belt and the pads one week ago, and real timing belt costs about 1250, but the wage was 2200, and PAD Fitters some ASUKI brand, they are fine, but one of my cousin whoz a spare parts dealer always told me go for orignal honda pads they are more efficient long life n
