Radiator Coolant in Spark Plug

Hi.I Drive swift Sedan 1990. Can anyone tell me how come radiator coolant from radiator seep into one of the spark plug slots. i was surprised to see green radiator coolant at the tip of spark plug no 1 and in the cavity where the spark plug is installed. Apart from this problem engine is working fine with no other symptoms of any fault. Thanks for ur time.

Hello!
yeah looks like pipe is leaking..............................make sure u won't loose much water and replace piping before u endup standing with no water inside radiator and heat needle till red mark..............
