Random Voltage Fluctuation in My Honda Civic RHD with D15 Engine

Asalam Alaiykum Brothers,

I have been facing issues in my Honda Civic RHD with D15 Engine, The problem Is Voltage of this car is fluctuating and it is making me crazy!

Here’s what I tried so far:
1. I have checked the Alternator and found out, it charges the battery at 13.8 volts and goes above 14 volts sometimes.

2. When I check the voltage through the scanner It shows me the voltage of 11.5 to 12V at ECU

I clearly know that there is a loose ground that is causing all of the fluctuations but I can’t find it literally I have tried everything and I’m failing so if anyone can help me.

It would be a huge help and I would be in your debt.

In most cases, there is always grounding so make sure there is no grounding anywhere.
Most of the time It is near the dashboard so make sure DLC is not grounded there.
