Recommended AC Compressor for 96 crown Industry

I have indus corolla model 1996 1.6 gli. I am not satisfy with its AC compressor and want to Install a new Compressor in it. Can any 1 Recommend me any new AC Compressor(Available in market) which can fit in my car without any major alteration. Like success, sanden etc any specific model which can fit in this car.

what dont you like about this compressor?
Most venues are accusations that the gas from the normal values that decreasing cooling ....
my 15 yr old industrial rolla has the same compressor. Never fill gas. still going well, although the evaporator is so dirty up, they say they need this open to clean the filling of gas ...
