Recommended Tyre Pressure..

Recommended Tyre Pressure..

I have got Yokohama A.Drive (175/70 R13) for my Cultus and I am loving them. Went to Nathia Gali/Muree and found tremendous difference in control and traction as compared to previous stock tyres. I was unable to feel any difference in traction even when it was raining on hill roads (as compared to dry road). Noise in cabin has also been reduced dramatically - though fuel consumption has reduced to 175 km from ~185 km on motorway.

Just wanted to know... what is ideal air pressure for this tyre? I have CNG installed in car. The guy at tyre shop said 29 pounds for summer and 30 for winter is good. I am just confirming coz from my novice point of view tyre is a bit flat.. but I dunno.... anyone?

I recommend maintaining it at 30 PSI in all seasons, but keep in mind if you fill it at night when the temperature is 25 degrees and then drive in the day when the temperature is 45 degrees, you're not going to have 30 in your tires, more like 35...

30 is what I recommend for standard passenger cars.
