Required: Hyundai Excel Piston rings set

My 93 Hyundai Excel has minutely started to eat oil and blows out the occasional white smoke on start up. A mechanic told me the rings need to be changed as the car is very well maintained and has not undergone any engine overhauling since it was purchased under the officer's scheme in 1995. I would dearly appreciate if someone overhere could provide me information as to where to purchase the piston rings of the said vehicle from Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Also suggest a good mechanic as well.
