Rpm dropping

Salam all

Since I am new to pakwheels so plz if I ignore some errors.

I'm a Cult

Model: 2004
mileage: 99k
gasoline and CNG

Now the problem is the abolition of rpm I have visited many times and the mechanic they just rpm max and the car runs fine for one day or two, then the problem occurs and the speed increases or does not happen only drops.This in cold startups, it happens when I start the car even in the afternoon.

CNG kit is serviced recently and the engine is fine no smoke, stagnant water throwing.

plz give your opinion if the problem is getting on my nerves now.
