Prevention and Solutions:

Environmental Factors: In Pakistan, the combination of humid weather, road salt especially in northern areas o r near coastal regions, and heavy rain can accelerate rusting.

Solution: Regularly wash and clean the underbody of the car to remove dirt and salt buildup. Consider using undercoating protection to shield the car from salt and moisture.
Paint Chips: Scratches o r chips in the paint can expose metal to moisture, leading to corrosion.

Solution: Repair any paint chips o r scratches promptly by using touch-up paint to prevent rust from forming.
Leaky Seals and Weather Strips: Damaged seals o r weatherstrips can let water into the cabin and undercarriage, contributing to rusting.

Solution: Inspect and replace any worn-out seals o r weatherstrips to prevent water from entering the vehicle.
Wheel Arches and Door Jambs: These areas are particularly prone to rust due to exposure to water and debris.

Solution: Regularly inspect the wheel arches and door jambs for signs of rust and address any issues immediately. Applying a rust inhibitor to these areas can prevent further damage.
