Satnro 150k kms driven, maintenance help

my santro has driven 150k kms.
engin oil level always remains on or above the full mark on the dip stick.
it decreases but to the above mentioned level.
not observed any sort of blueish smoke.
on the safe side want to ask does it need to chage its rings / pistions / valves or anything else?
never done overhaul so for just interval tuning and oil change after 4500-5000 kms Zic oil.
