Screeching sound from tyres

Screeching sound from tyres

Can anybody explain the reason of screeching sound from front wheels when brake is applied even at low speed.


The car is Cultus 02 with new General Tyres.

keep pressure 28 on front tyres and 30 on back tyres..Usually general tyres screech more.
