Dear All,
please advise me since i have a cuore and i am getting a problem with the brakes
Yesterday i planned to go Murree and then to Nathia gali then to Abbotabad and then back to Islamabad
The problem started b/w nathia gali and abbotabd when i was descending down i felt that my brakes are not gripping the wheels instead of i have to apply my full force at the padle but the car does not seemed to stop properly, after 1,2 Km a person shouted at me to stop the car a look at the tyres , so i stopped and saw a smoke comeing out from my front wheels he asked me that he will charge 300 Rs to get it done so i payed and he just bleeded the front wheels and asked me to go, but after 15 minutes the situation become the same and till i reached the Abbotabad where i replaced the front disc pads after that , i am felling the same problem with my wheels i.e brakes are not prpperly gripping the wheels i have to force the padle please advise me any good mechanic in pindi or what should i do with the brakes

bhai car koon c hay ? model kia hay ? Secondly get the genuine disc pads problem will be rectified smoke was coming out coz the pads got heated up.

it's Coure.ok i have Coure too.I tell you the problem.but i have a question,when come down from the hill ,,,,you are using you gear to reduce the speed or only breaks?your engine was start or you off the engine?
So for safe driving always in hilli area when you come down from hill reduce the speed by using low gear.and never ever switch off the engine.
Coure is nice car having boster breaks.
open you can bonet and you can see that break master cylinder in the car is not directly bolted to body but the boster.now that boster breaks only work when engine is in starting condition.when you switch off the engine the breaks become so hard seems very less working.
Boster has a pipe connected to car exast manifuel.if that pipe damage or leak the boster break never works and some time the break seems ok but during driving suddenly fail.
if break suddenly fail press again the padel and it will work.
ok now you need to change the pipe or may be your need to replace the boster.
normally the boster come with the master cylinder and buy it new or kabli with master cylinder.
the pipe also has a non return valve also check that.
it cost you arround 1500 to 2000 boster break with master cylinder.
ok you can ask toyota for new booster.
SO i tell you in steps
1- tell mechanic to check boster breaks pipe and it's non return valve.
2- check the breaks becom soft after starting the engine or not.
3-tell the mechanic to make booster breaks out of the car,and see if break oil is going in side the booster breaks or not.
4-seperate the master cylinder and he will check if master cyclinder need to replace the washels.the new kit is avalible in market for that.
5-observe if some break oil reduce but no leakage was shown.the oil go inside the booster.remove all oil from booster and change washel of master cylinder only.
6-The adjustment at back wheel put not very tight.just on point relax.
7-If some one say just remove the booster forever don't listen to him..because booster give the break a very longer life..
