Serioussss ProBlem Man!! need Help Guruzz..

hey, i own a 2003 Civic.. Exi, actually just bought it.. a week ago.. and took it for tunning at Honda I-10, changed the plugs and oil n everything.. but ever since i got back.. When i take the RPM above 3 4 5 Car starts to sOund like there is a heavy muffler Installed.. but there ISSS no Muffler or silncer sort of thingy installed!! what could be the problem.. welll, Driving it smooothly on 2 3 Rpm and smooth change of gears dont give this kind of problem, its just when i try to push it a little hard it gives a very COOL but a scary sound.. its my First Civic so is this a normal thingy or something is wrong? i dont drive fast im a very smooth driver. but i just tried to push it few days back! and having this problem, i will take it to Honda, but im too busy in my work n all. so thought of asking you guys.. plus my car is doing 150 on a 1000 petrol whyyyyyyyyyy the average is like 7-8 it should be around 10-12 Without AC in local.. right?and i live right next to AL Mubarak! anyone suggest al mubarak for CNG installion? or anybody Else good in Isb? and what should i install AS CNG compnenets on this Exi for good performance and Stuff.. Please I know noething about htis.. would really appreciate if someone help me!! Thanksssss!!

it's possible that you have a leak in the silencer or it could be that your air leaner box is not closed propperly (or that it has been replaced with a open air filter..
