OEM Catalytic Converters:

Pros: Long-lasting, designed specifically for the Prius, typically offer better warranty coverage.
Cons: Expensive compared to aftermarket options.

Aftermarket Catalytic Converters:

Pros: More affordable, available from various manufacturers, and can be suitable for budget-conscious drivers.
Cons: May not have the same longevity o r performance as OEM parts. There is also a risk of reduced efficiency in some aftermarket converters.

Recommendation: If you are looking for a long-term solution and are willing to invest in your vehicle’s performance, OEM parts are usually preferable.
