Some problems with Mehran...

Salaam

I bought Mehran Limited Edition (Aug 2005) about a month ago. Its going well and does about 120 Kms with 40 Kg Cylinder.

The problem is that when I start it on CNG in the morning it vibrates badly and makes a noise like tik-tik. So I pull the chowk untill it warms up. With chowk there is no noise.

I got it checked from a mechanic, he said that this sound cant be eleminated.

I checked and found that if I press the filter the noise stops but on release it starts again.

What may be the wrong with it?

sir always start the car engine in morning on petrol since on petrol the car gets warm much quicker and vibrate less once u done then shift to cng, and i recommend all people always drive few km and then shift to cng it works perfect.... and before going to sleep always shift it to cng lol.. i mserious.
