Sound like a whistel from engine

Sound like a whistel from engine

i've a vitz automatic.

I feel there's a sound like whistle from engine but it only comes when i let the accelerator pedal loose, i mean in idle condition or in neutral.

could it be a belt problem or.......

can anyone help?
