Sounds on Toyota venza while driving on rough road

Hi guys, I notice s I unusual sound/noise at the steering joints while driving at rough road

Im no car expert, but I figure its something I should check out.

It could be the suspension acting up o r maybe something with the steering components. Maybe it just needs some grease o r oil? o r those bushings might be acting funky.

But honestly, Im not gonna pretend like I know whats up. I think Ill play it safe and take it to a mechanic to have a look. Better safe than sorry, right?
