Spark Plugs & CNG Advancer

1. I wanted to know what a CNG Advancer does and how much difference would it produce in the performance of my car(Suzuki Margalla). Where can i buy of these and around how much would it cost?

2. What kind of Spark plugs would be compatible with my Margalla's engine. I need some high Performance Spark plugs to smooth out my ride a bit

Em not so much into these engine's stuff (Electrical Engineer actually) so Some info from the pro's would be highly appreciated
