Steering issuesToyota Fielder WXB

hello everyone so I have a Toyota fielder which has a issue of steering whenever i turn car to the fullest tyres don't feel like both are turning same time and same direction also sometime car move left and right with straight steering any one can you please guide what is the issue here its too risky to drive in this condition thanks.

hello bro His cars control arm bushings are shot and is changing alignment as its turning. Very common failure point.
