Strange CNG kit problem......

Strange CNG kit problem......

Well I asked about this last winter and no one was able to sort it out, and as the whether is changing again, the same problem has reappeared........
The issue is that when I start my chevy in the morning, when the whether is somewhat cold, it starts on petrol (as all efi cars fitted with cng) and when it converts to cng automatically, the lights in the cng indicator that show the amount of cng start turning off one by one and then it shows no cng and the engine shuts off, the same thing happens no matter how many times i try to convert the car on cng, BUT, this happens only in cold starts and in the morning, when the car is driven for around 3-4 km on petrol and then converted on cng, it works fine, also if the car is started not very early in the morning but when the whether is somewhat warmer, then there is no problem at all........... And it sure is a problem with the kit and not the engine it is obvious that the engine shuts off because it ain't getting any fuel, as the indicator shows no cng........ when actually it's full............ and why does that show full at first and then start dropping?
A cng station shop I consulted told last year that some vavle is messing up, put why only when it's cold????

I had the same problem with my Charade's kit. Turns out the kit was freezing. When the compressed gas expands in the kit, it cools down a lot and the moisture in the kit makes ice.

Get the hot water circulation done in ur car for the CNG kit.

Peace!
