Strange problem

my spectra was running fine on cng and petrol until i changed air filter it happened few days ago that i got genuine korean air filter for my car from imran autos pindi.the filter was looking very good also.after installing it car has started behaving in a ridicuolus manner. 1st ov all it started to shut down on ac at low rpms with a very increased cng consumption and rpm started to rise at idle.say for a moment rpm will be 1500 than itll fluctuate between 900 to 1500.i tried hell but could not do any thing so went to mechanic he adjusted rpms on petrol and gas both.car got fine but when i got back it got shut down and when i started it cud not stabilised itself neither on cng nor petrol. dont know wat to do ive done all the possible things i cud. and one more thing i was hearing a sparking type ov noise from bonnet today once i was adjusting the gas i noticed when i move adjuster nut that sound goes off and if i leave that nut it again comes.guess some thing is loose there. any how if sumbody has any idea about this problem do let me know other wise i just wanted to share this starnge behaviour of my car with u guys.

I think there is a some vacuum issue,get it checked thoroughly,usually if IAC Valve not functioning properly,then the same problem arises.
