Strange problem...Help needed

Hi 2 All,
guyz and all xpertz please hepl me.i have 06 xli and when ever in first gear when i release clutch whole car vibratez and shake badly..it will do this only in 1st gear when i stop car and start to move again...please tell ...is this problem is due to clutch??can any body tell me what is the cost of genuine clutch+pressureplate set??
2nd phur phur sound come from engine..someone told me iski manifold urgae ha and ye uski sound ha...is this true?? and what is price estimate of genuine manifold??wats its function??and reason y he got blow..car is runing on cng and till now done 60k on odo.please help

it could be a warped Clutch or Flywheel but then if its soo it should do that in all gears initially when the clutch is being released. But so how I think you have got a problem with your engine mounts cracked or broken.

your 2nd problem is not diagnosable as I am not aware what sound is that what you described.
